I cannot thank the crew at Cris's Property Services enough for their efforts in quickly measuring, fabricating and installing wrought iron railings and for installing new exterior shutters in time for my Closing.

Every team member was friendly, professional, efficient and very good at getting things accomplished.

I highly recommend this business for all residential property repairs, maintenance and refreshing.

This man came to my house , the people working for him did not know how to plant bushes and or do any kind of lawn care that I asked for. He had no problem cashing my checks though. All the Bushes and Shrubs that he planted have died and they died because they were not planted right. His workers literally pulled the plants out of the bucket and planted them. They never even bothered to loosen roots or add soil. When I confronted him he told me he could not be with his crew at all times nor would he hold them accountable. I have had to call in to landscapers to fix his mess. Not only that but I stone work put in and he was 3 weeks late putting it in because he could not call me and tell me that he needed the money upfront for the stone. Other people in my neighborhood have used him and they have experienced the same. I have a couple who have 2 houses and when they go out of state to their other house he is charging them for a yard service when it has not even been cut. This man is crooked and use him if you like, but get ready to have to call two or three other landscapers to undo what you have paid him to do. He will freely cash your checks though!!!!!!!!!
