Excellent response to my plumbing problem- no hot water. Stephen Almeida came over within hours of calling him. Reasonable prices, too.

When I lost water in the house I called Almeida Plumbing right away...they came right out, assessed the problem, investigated all possible solutions, and very quickly came up with a game plan to replace my well pump. They were extremely polite and courteous and set my worries at ease. With a new well pump in place, they also corrected previous missing information that would be helpful in the future onto the well cap....such as well depth and date of install etc...and made sure I had a copy for my records in the house as well. In my opinion, Almeida Plumbing went above and beyond! I would highly reccommend them for any service call!

Called Almeida because I had a problem with my boiler. Before walking in my house the technition put on shoe covers which I thought was very professional. They came in, looked at the job, told me what I needed done. I couldn't have the work done that day because I had to get back to work. The woman Nicole in the office worked around my schedule. She was very curtious and nice. The technition came to the house finished the work and did a beautiful job. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend Almeida to anyone in need of a plumbing and heating company.

Called to have someone come and service my gas heating unit. They couldn't tell me a ballpark figure over the phone. I was told the tech would tell me once he got there. Just to send him out they charge $39. I asked if the tech could call me for a price. Was told no, they are out on the road and too busy to call. I can understand all of this, but there was no real effort in customer service.

Very Professional Technician that came to the home, Cleaned work area, didn't have to watch him and what he was doing, I would totally recommend them to anyone. P.S. From the call to the office to the man who came out, very helpfull and very nice from the get go.

I called numerous times for a job that I needed done, and was promised for 2 weeks someone would get back to me, no one ever did. Icalled back and they finally got a tech to call me. I spoke to a tech who was coming to look at the job and never showed. I called them back and said they will need to speak to him directly to schedule him again. Personal opinion to big a company and not organized, very poor customer service.
