We bought a Gazebo seven years ago and put a hot tub in it! Brian was very helpful and delivered it at the promised time! I highly recommend Exterior structures. I am returningto get a she shed I can call my own!

This is a great place to go for outdoor furniture, sheds or any outdoor item/structure. We bought a shed a few years ago and couldn't be more pleased. Brian not only matched our house perfectly but installed it in a pretty tight spot. Last weekend we stopped to look at outdoor furniture - the selection, in every color combination and in material that will last and last, was just great. Can't wait for it to be delivered. Great service, nice people.

I bought a copper roof mailbox from Exterior Structures about 7 months ago at the Wayne County Fair and the cooper is completely tarnished and corroded. The mailbox cost me $98 (just for the box, not the post), so it wasn't cheap. When I bought the mailbox the owner Brian said that this is a high quality product and would last me years and years because they are “quality built”. He failed to mention that it would look disgusting after only 7 months. Everybody knows that copper tarnishes, but I tried using a cleaner on it and nothing will work. It is so corroded that it is turning green. When I called to ask if I could replace it with a wooden mailbox, they just said "no." I was so in awe with what I just heard...absolutely no help or customer service whatsoever. The least I was looking for was a simple word of advice on how to clean it, but I didn't even get that. I actually had to talk to the owner's wife Shannon because Brian (the owner) is not man enough to talk to a disgruntled customer, so he has to make is poor wife do it. I will NEVER go to the place again and I will make sure that everyone knows about this place and their awful customer service. This business isn't even worth giving it (1) star.

To Brian: If you get to read this, please do your business a favor and learn how to better improve your customer service skills. What was the worst thing that would've happened...you would lose $98? Instead, you are going to lose a lot more customers and $$$.
