Carolina Steam

Beware of using this company to clean your carpets. I was told furniture would be moved (except large pieces) and the carpet would be ready to walk on. Only one guy showed up and when I asked if he was going to be able to move the furniture he said, "No he wouldn't. His boss only gave him about 6 small plastic disks to put under the legs of furniture. That's why Carolina Steam is so cheap." He threw my large rocking chair on top of my bed instead of putting it in the closet or one of the rooms that wasn't being cleaned. Or, asking me what I wanted done with it! The carpet was sopping wet. It was as if the suction wasn't even working. I was never so glad to see someone leave!! I have since found the name of the carpet cleaners I used in the past and I will be sure to call them next time. Stay away from this company.
