B J's Auto Glass

I was referred to BJ's Auto Glass by a friend, they came highly recommended. I needed a windshield replaced and my driver's side window wasn't working properly. The office lady was very nice, and set me up with an appointment the next day. The mechanic showed up on time, and was very courteous and professional. He did a great job on the windshield, and he fixed my window, it works great. They are reasonably priced, and I took several cards to pass on to friends.

No idea what flyboy's problem was. I use BJ's every time I need glass work and have never had a problem. Prompt, expert, and professional service. We live in a gated community that requires a d/l to enter and they have never had a problem getting in. May it was flyboy's attitude in dealing with this company.

BJ's Auto Glass was referred to me by a mechanic. I called BJ on 10/10/12 and asked to have my window motor repaired on my camaro. He was nice and seemed very willing to help. We set up an appointment for the next day 10/11/12. We set it up for 300 pm with a phone call from him to verify the arrival time. I explained that the afternoon apt was needed as I work nights and needed to sleep in. I also stated that if I got up earlier, that I would text BJ if he wanted to come early. He agreed to that stipulation. As we were about to get off the phone I asked the same question I ask all my service people who come to my home, Do you have a current valid drivers licence for access to my community? He stated, yes and also that he did not need one as the guard could only ask him for an ID. I stated since he had a DL that it would not be an issue but that it is my HOA's rules.

The next morning I awoke and texted BJ at 934 am as promised. I received no response. At 11:15 am I received a call from a woman calling for BJ from another number. The caller ID stated BJ's Auto Glass. She said that BJ had just come by and the guard would not let him in because his DL was expired. She further stated that BJ had already moved on to another client and that he would return to my house in an hour and if I could meet him at the gate and use my remote to allow him access through the residence gate. I agreed and waited for the call. After an hour had past, I received no call. I waited until 350 pm and then called BJ on his cell with no answer, I left a message. At 530 pm I called the other number that seemed like the office location and left another message. It is now 6:30 pm on 10/11/12 and I have received no calls, reschedules, or apologizes.
