they have a great staff and great selection of products a nice clean store and Richard is very knowledgeable with the stair lift we needed he walked us through the whole process and installed it in a timely manner very professional and courteous

David did a great job of helping me to identify the specific product I needed. He then ordered it transferred from their other location. Also, he was compassionate and sympathetic to my health needs; and yet very efficient in the way he handled the situation.
