Not sure why I keep giving this place a shot. I bought 3 coils for my V8 Smok tank and all three were bad. I actually took one to another shop just to make sure my battery wasn’t bad. I asked a clerk what the policy was for bad coils and he basically told me it was the juice in my tank. Even though I had just filled it each of the three times. Also, purchased two 30ml of their house line both of which were crap. The clerk told me they had reformulated the line as it had been a couple of years so I tried it. Same no flavor overpriced low quality junk. There aren’t many options left in GB but I would rather go out of my way to go to a better shop than visit this one again.

I found the employees friendly, prompt, and courteous. They do know the products well so that's a plus but I kind of felt the additude of the girl the other day was a little to know it all-ish if u know what u mean. I got there at 7:50 on Saturday and bought some oil and a new tip when I went to pay which was at 8:09 she said the total which was not with the "happy hour" discount. I asked her why and she said "Oh no its after 8" that's it, no sorry no explanation why she couldn't nothing. Just waited for me to hand her my debit card. When you order oils there they make them up fresh which can take few minutes so technically I was waiting on her otherwise I would of made it at 8:00. They should honor the "happy hour" prices based on when the employee starts helping that customer. Thisdoesn't mean I won't go back there it just means I will go earlier next time. But they should practice better customer service it would be helpful to them.

The employees are very nice, but I found out today I was sold a knockoff EVOD unit at Vapin. Not only that, but I paid $20 more for the pair, than if I would have bought the real thing down the road. I won't go back because of this. It's too bad, because the employees were wonderful.

I was given a card by a customer of VapinUSA and headed there immediately, as I'd been unaware there were Vaping shops in Green Bay and I was sick of smoking 2 packs a day. I was blown away when I stepped inside!



It's extremely clean & comfortable in this store. There are plush couches you can relax in while waiting, water & coffee that you can drink. Then there's what I call the "flavor bar". This is a little bar type area with stools & probably about 150 different flavors of vapor that you can test out using plastic tips, which is a plus for sanitary reasons. I sat there on my 1st visit getting dizzy trying all the different flavors ranging from alcohol flavored "juice", to bacon and coffee juice, to my fav-fruity flavors. A bottle costs (I *think*) $5.95, unless it's a Friday or Saturday between the hours of 4-8 pm, which they call "happy hour". At those times a bottle of juice costs $5. They also usually have larger bottles you can buy if you like a certain flavor a lot.



The staff was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Even when there are others waiting they don't appear to get flustered and will answer any questions you have, inform you of any promos going on, help you figure out the best way to start out or to upgrade from what you already have. This is DEFINITELY the place to go if you've got absolutely no knowledge on vaping & how it works, to people who are vaping experts. The staff will work with you and you will leave ready to start this new trend, which has given me my life back after smoking for 17 years!

Since I've become a vaping fool I've found out there are other stores in Green Bay, but I'm not interested in checking them out. This store is SO clean, the staff SO informed and helpful, the prices EXTREMELY fair compared to what I've heard about other stores I feel no need to!
