Great place to buy a used car...we bought a third vehicle for our household...it had hail damage...which was not that bad ..we got a great price and have had no major issues with it...just minor stuff like brakes...the staff did not try to sell us stuff...no hassel..we just walked around and test drove cars..super happy and will buy another car from them in the future! Great prices too! Work with Tom he is great!

I and my family have bought 7 vehicles from east side and I have many friends and neighbors that have too. Its a great place to save thousands on a car. My wife drives a flood car and has put over 40K miles on it with out any major problems. It is a very down to earth place without the frills of a big dealer but how long do you actually hang out? The whole process can be over in a couple of hours or less

We bought a Chrysler van from them 8 years ago. There was a known problem with Chrysler vans that East Side actually fixed even though they didn't have to. They stood behind the vehicle. Since then the vehicle has had only routine maintenance and has over 160,000 miles on it. I would recommend them if you plan on running the vehicle until it dies.

Between my two daughters and now my wife and I, we have purchased 3 cars in the last year from East Side Auto and have been nothing but pleased with the cars and the service we received. Mark and Jason were very nice to work with and if there have been any issues they were delt with quickly and to our satisfaction. We highly recommend them.

Took a look at a couple cars at East Side Auto. Prices were great and Mark explained why the couple cars I looked at had a salvage title. Although I did not buy a car, I left with a good feeling and would consider looking there in the future.

We were looking for a used quality car for my daughter to take to college, I found that Justin was very friendly and helpful. He lowered the price on a VW Jetta for us. Did a little bit of touchup paint. Got me a copy of the Carfax when I asked. Overall it was a Good buying experience.

My wife and I purchased from the owner of this location a Lexus IS250, I found the process easy and very fair with everything discussed prior to us purchasing the vehicle. I'm shocked at some of the negative reviews on here as I assume most of these sound like buyers remorse mixed in with bad luck and decisions. Our vehicle has been amazing with a clean car fax which I recommend a buyer checks as this can avoid some or most of the issues I read about. The car was as described works great no check engine lights and no smells, bottom line if you test drive the vehicle and check the background you should be fine! A dealership can only do so much weeks or months later.

I bought a car from this dealership roughly a week ago. I have been extremely happy with the vehicle and the quality of service I received. They gave me a great deal and also put new tires and break pads on it for me. While they were working on it they drove me back to my house so I wouldn't have to wait around at the dealership. My brother bought a bike from them a week later and is happy with the service as well. Since he was a new driver they drove it back to his house for him and treated him like family looking out for his safety while encouraging him to get experience out on country back roads. I have had other friends who have also been very happy with their purchases from this dealership in the past and I highly recommend.

Just purchased my 2nd vehicle from East Side Auto Sales. They helped me with my credit 2 years ago and now I am established and was able to get an even nicer car for a cheaper monthly payment than I had .. So greatfull for the help
