I have been a customer of Alpine Sales since 1988. John has provided annual service for us going into winter. John installed Liftmaster Openers In the 3 homes we've owned over 26 years. All have been expertly installed , competitively priced and trouble free. You too will be pleased.

I would highly recommend Alpine Sales. Not only is John an expert in the trade, but he's courteous, prompt., and an enjoyable person to have working on a house project. It was a great overall experience working with John.

I recently needed expert advise on a small mishap with my garage door. i spoke to John and he quickly added me to his schedule within 2 days of my call. Had two overhead garage door openers installed at my home residence by Alpine Sales & Service. I had purchased two openers to install, but could never find the time. John was more than willing to help me out. From the first phone call to get an estimate through the installation process he was friendly, informative and fair. All my questions were answered and even had a good discussion during the install. He took the time to tune up the garage doors as well. At the end of the install the system was fully explained and demonstrated, and I was all set to go. I am very happy with both the quality of the work that was done and the fair prices. I would highly recommend Alpine Sales & Service for any garage door work and will look to them in the future should I ever need service.

John expertise and knowledge was above any I have worked with. His timely follow up and follow through on our purchase and install of our garage door was extremely appreciated since we have such hectic schedules. He even came after hours to complete the job! Above and beyond what I expected. John showed up when he said he would. The job was done good and in a timely manner. Took the time to oil and lube both garage doors...even though he was only there to fix one. Estimate was exactly as he quoted. John was very personable and a great person to work with. Will certain call him back when it's time to replace the other garage door opener.

I called to get some basic information because I had a garage door opener that came with the house I recently purchased that wasn't operating. The person I talked to sounded very grumpy and besides some basic info was really unhelpful. I had more questions and am most likely going to purchase and have installed a new garage door opener, but after 2 minutes of talking to this employee I knew I wasn't giving this company any of my money.

John of Alpine, always does an excellent job. He is the only company I call to work on my garage door/opener. It is obvious that he cares an extreme amount about his work, and his knowledge of the products and industry is second to none. His customer service is excellent and his rates are very reasonable.

I had my garage door get damaged. I save a ton of money by buying one at the "big box". Second door failed in 18 months. Contacted John and he came out and explained the differences in doors and hardware. Had him install one of his doors. The difference is indescribable! Quality service. Quality product. Quality people. I would tell anyone call John at Alpine first, and frankly, I wouldn't make a second call.

After a spring broke, I called Alpine on the recommendation of a neighbor who recently had the same thing happen. John was there 2 hours later. Not only did he replace the springs, he repositioned the incorrectly installed torsion bar, tightened everything up, lubricated and adjusted the door opener- all at the cost of just installing and replacing the springs. Very reasonable cost too. I can't say enough about the service.

John of Alpine did an excellent job. I called two others and was told they would call me back, but never did. Mox, my friend, then recommended Alpine. He was over at the proper time, fixed the cables (2 doors) and replaced springs on the big door.

I needed som work done, and a search turned up Alpine of YP.com, I was concerned that I might need a replacement opener, John came out and was able to make so adjustments and tune up the opener and fixed my problem. He is a consumate professional and I would recommend him with out hesitqation to any one who needs garage door work of any kind.

I have used the services of Alpine Sales & Service at least four times in the past 20 years. There is a good reason I continue to call John at Alpine whenever I have repairs that are needed to my garage door or opener. John returns calls quickly and I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for an urgent repair. I called him at 6:30 this morning for a broken spring and he was here this afternoon with all needed parts to make repairs. Not only does John make needed repairs, he inspects the entire door and opener making any needed adjustments and lubricates the parts. By the time he is done, everything works like new! His prices are very reasonable and he is extremely trustworthy and is respectful and friendly. John at Alpine Sales and Service definitely understands what customer service is about. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a garage door installation, garage door opener installation or repairs. He has done all of the above for us over the years and we are 100% satisfied.

The tension spring on my garage door broke late Friday. I called Alpine Sales & Service Monday morning and John came a few hours later and by noon my garage door was fixed. John's repair included an inspection of the garage door to make sure there will not be any issues going forward. After the work was done, John explained to me what he did and what I should be doing to get a longer life span from the tension spring. I was very satisfied with his work and would recommend Alpine's services to my friends.

John was great! Came out the next day as we disucssed, called in advance, took the time to not only replace the spring that was broken, but also lubricated all rollers. Very pleasant and great work. He even explained the lifepsan of parts. Highly recommend!

John at Alpine is incredibly customer-oriented and service-minded. He explains thoroughly every alternative for quality garage door installation and operation. John offers a senior citizens discount. Today at our home he installed a double-size garage door single-handedly! John worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up his workspace and removing debris from the previous garage door (extra charge for debris removal).

I contacted Alpine Sales and Service about the repair of my garage door opener, which I needed repaired right away. My telephone call was returned promptly, and a service call scheduled. I was given options to choose from and costs. The work was completed on the spot in a highly professional and thorough manner. And I was given a Senior discount!
