        Absolutely the worst mortgage experience imaginable. The loan officer Misty Bickel won't return phone calls, couldn't find an appraiser, made us re-schedule closing twice because she wouldn't communicate with buyers, title companies or Realtors. And this was for some buyers who were military veterans.
