Overall

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! Really I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!
I took my wedding dress there to be cleaned dealt with Michelle- who was friendly & seamed knowledgeable. Told me if they were unable to get anything off my dress they would contact me or if they had any issues. I NEVER heard of any & picked up my dress after I got home was looking at it & noticed that some of the sequins on the back were obviously yellow. I called and spoke with Rob the owner. He told many things, from it was my fault as I should have educated myself about dry cleaning, how it’s important to establish a good relationship with your drycleaner as the they would let you know if there were issues, to wedding dresses shouldn’t be dry cleaned as they are meant to be worn only once (I asked why he provides this service then, but he didn’t respond). I told him this is why I was trusting him the professional to educate me. When I said I would have appreciated someone telling me this was a possibility- again I was told this was my fault as there are pamphlets hanging on the wall. He then proceeded to bad mouth his employees and say is hard to find decent front line staff. In the end told me to come into the store.
I came in as agreed & I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my life. He never introduced himself, apologized or anything. He looked at my dress and said “I didn’t do this, there are 2 different sequins and that’s what caused it” mind you the dresses is a mirror image of each other on the back and nothing On the Lt side was yellowed. I again stated I would have appreciated someone at least telling me about the damage and he said I didn't notice it. Really? And he’s the professional! He told me to go after the dress manuf as it’s not his problem. He did his job. I’ll try to attach the picture but my 3 yr old can see the difference. Rob said he would not give me back a dime and walked away. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in every aspect! You couldn’t pay me to go back.
