A to Z Lock & Key

We have had 2 separate dealings with the same person at A to Z.
Both times we left frustrated and amazed that anyone could stay in business after treating potential customers so poorly. The first time, we sent our son in by himself, I believe my son talked with the owner. He was rude and condescending to him and treated him like he was wasting his time. My husband called to get the situation straight.
The second time, we went in with a list of questions to be "greeted" by a man (same man my son dealt with) who clearly has NO customer service skills who leaned on the counter staring at us like we were wasting his time. When asked several questions he gave very vague information and continued to lean on the counter. He was ZERO help. I would NOT reccomend that anyone patronize this business. Save yourself the frustration and vote with your dollars elsewhere.
