        Earl is very professional, kind, understanding!!
        We rented from him for 4 years.
        He worked with us on deposit, rent, and maintenance was quick as nd on spot! Very great service!
        I'd recommend him 100%!

        He works with all people. Whether they are on SS or just needed as home to live in. He works with you!!
        What other landlord in Great Bend? NO ONE!!
        Thank you Earl for always helping us when we didn't have an affordable place to call home!!
