They did an excellent job of installing my new door, screen door, and stairs with small deck and railing. It is so solid and stained beautifully. My former steep brick stairs were replaced with easy-to-navigate lower-rise steps- perfectly comfortable! I watched most of the installation of the doors, and I was very impressed by the precision of measurements, squareness, and balance of the doors (they open and close like a dream and stay exactly where I put them as well as the latches and deadbolts work smoothly and easily). They paid close attention to new insulation around the door and placed the seals carefully. The quality of the doors and deck supplies was the best, and also important was the cleanup during and after everything- perfect! The job was completed as promised (on time) and came out much better than I hoped. I have also seen other work of theirs before hiring them, and I was similarly impressed by what I saw and heard. One job was a total bathroom gut and redo with granite floor and some of the most meticulous woodwork I have seen (in modern times.) They installed a pocket door where none had been before. Another job I saw was huge; it entailed finishing the basement into 3 areas with massive custom storage, new bathroom, family room and office- the layout was perfect for the space. Large windows made it bright. They installed a reading nook and bookcase under the stairs with storage underneath including recessed lighting and handy switches- very sharp! They put in a new wet-bar in the family room. The office had custom storage and work-area for the family's business. They closed off a stairway from one side of the house and moved it to the other side for perfect access to the new basement, considering where the original bulkhead was situated to make access to the storage areas perfect. Where the old stairway was closed, they took the extra space and added it onto the kitchen and built a large bank of custom cabinets top and bottom to match the current cabinets exactly. The owner said they searched extensively to exactly match the older ceiling molding that they loved. They installed pot lights and finished the ceiling seamlessly. The opening from the kitchen to the dining area was widened, changing the entire footprint of the main floor. If that wasn't enough, the homeowners had another company install a new above-ground pool and Andrukaitis-Mosher Builders constructed a huge deck with different levels from the back door to the pool, each level spacious for its intended purposes with stairs to the ground and between levels. So it wasn't just my job that impressed me. Oh, I almost forgot! They also re-sided the entire house and garage, installed a beautiful 3-D type roof, and installed all new windows and exterior doors throughout. The color palette was amazing; the workmanship meticulous! The re-siding also entailed the removal of a large exterior chimney and wood-burning fireplace which the homeowners did not want. I would never have known there was ever a chimney there, inside or outside. They had before and after pictures of everything- very impressive!! This company truly knows what it's doing; they seem to personally care about their work outcomes!
