        Sadly, being a Government ran company, I shouldn't be surprised but I have a XMas package missing! Called and was told a Supvs would call me. Haha After calling a second time for a Supvs she said she would call back after checking on it. Haha
        The third times a charm, right...apparently not with USPS. She didn't even remember me and said she didn't know where my package was even after I re-gave her the tracking #.LOL (lots of LUCK!) Now they keep hanging up on me after I let the phone ring. Wow! What great customer service!!!!
        Well, I wish this was the ONLY time this had happened. I once called and spoke the Supvs and tried to re-direct a very expensive package of art work coming from Hawaii. I told him I'd like to pick it up and not to "throw it over my fence" like usual. Well, after following it for 3 days and speaking to him each day...what do you think happened! Yep, right over the fence it went! Thankfully, it wasn't damaged or stolen but I never got a call back from the Supvsr.

        Absolutely horrible.
        Our mail is either being delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all. I've even found a package of mine that contained medication on my neighbors doorstep and my neighbor lives a street behind me. On top of the horrid delivery service the face to face or over the phone customer service is painful as well. We had better mail service in Sacramento.

        Relief?

        I called Amazon customer service and spoke with a kind lady named Felicia. The post office had again refused to deliver my package because I was too far down the road. Felicia talked to the carrier and now it's to be delivered today.I sure hope so. I am very sick and need some of the stuff in those boxes

        What a nightmare

        I was told in a email UPS would deliver my package. I was told in a second email UPS had tried to deliver my box and it was now at the post office. My grandson ran to get it but it wasn't there. I called UPS and they said they never delivered it the post office did. Sooo I called and am now on hold for 25 to 45 minutes. Nightmare

        Worst place ever. When they gave me my PO box keys, I recieved a phone call saying please come back with those keys because they do not work on your PO box. So I went back. I have requested a pickup at my house twice. The first pickup, the route driver complained to their supervisor that my house is too dangerous to get too, even though, huge UPS trucks come to my front door with zero complaints. The second time, that route driver did not pick up my package at my house, which I requested for pickup, so I had to deliver the package to the grass valley post office myself. I then complained to the supervisor and he was rude as can be. He raised his voice at me and said "I don't care, I don't care, I.....DONT.....CARE!" Yep, great service for sure. Would give them a negative 5 stars if possible.
