Gary was great to work with, and Dale did an awesome job with the install. They really went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. The lid lift device is awesome! I've got zero complaints.About the person who complained about used spas... they look fine to me. I mean it's a used spa, why would you expect it to look brand new. There might be a little scale on them, but around here the water is just about always hard and scale is going to build up no matter what you do.

Came in on Saturday to buy a Garden Spa and Gary Cain posed as a hired salesman and stated that a decision he made was a store owner policy. When I asked who the owner was he refused to give me his name. I called the store and looked who answered the store owner himself who posed as a salesman. I am concerned that his honesty was not direct he is a liar and my next letter is going to the company GardenSpas to let them know that their recommendation for getting their product from a dishonest rude store owner should be rethought.
