Beware if you use bill pay. They do not have electronic billing with banks so the checks have to go through a billing center which will delay the processing and result in a late payment. If you are behind one month then this will result in having your water shut off and a $25 fee to restart the water. There is also a fee for signing up for electric bill pay through the company. The staff are nice but the billing process is poorly managed.
