        The perfect mix of old and new. The new glass tower give great views of the city. The older original part has an elegance of an era long gone

        live in the lap of luxury, at least until your stay is over. this hotel offers the very best that grand rapids has to offer

        We had a lovely stay here last year. From the time you pull up to the valet parking you are treated like royalty. The staff always calls you by Mr or Mrs--------! Everyone knows your name and it's nice to feel so welcome. The rooms have an amazing view. Ours was a corner room overlooking the river. WOW! The rooms are smaller because the hotel is older but still luxurious feeling. The lobby is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and the room service was great. Be prepared to tip a lot between the valets, bellhops and room service.
