Provided by SuperpagesNot happy that my packages seem to sit at this post office for days and days before they are finally sent off to the Houston area!!! Really why does something take 7 days to go from grand prairie to Houston? This is ridiculous! I cringe every time I see that a package has to pass through this post office before it gets to me because I know it will take forever. Every time I check my tracking number I see it's still just sitting there and usually does for at least 4-7 additional days. Horrible!!!

Provided by SuperpagesI agree with most of the comments on here. (very poor delivery service) I was expecting an important package to come in any day now and and while sitting on my couch watching TV and looking out the window I saw not 1 but 2 mail carrier trucks pull up to load mail into the mailboxes for my community. (a single location for all tenants which is directly in front of my home) I went to check my mail right after they pulled off only to find that they left a "sorry we missed you" card in my box. Didn't even take time to walk (maybe 10 seconds) to my front door to knock!! Just LAZY!!

Provided by Superpagesbeen at this address for 2 and half yrs. mail person always leave "left notice" behind. sometimes "left notice" not even in mail box. our house is 2 houses away from the main boxes. why cant he/she drop it off. why should we go to the post office and pickup our mails. whats the point of having a "mail man" ? one time he/she gave my mail to the wrong box. I know so bc 5 days later I went back to the community box (where bigger items are placed with the key) and I just had to open it (bc it was open) and sure enough my mail was sitting in there. someone had returned it ! shaking my head. yay for UPS and FedEx. shame on you usps. that's why your business is dropping...

Provided by SuperpagesThis post office is poorly managed, I've been missing mail! Upon calling senders of mail to be received from, they said mail was returned. I've been at this address for 7 years. No wonder the US mail service is going out of busniess, very poor service

Provided by SuperpagesI havnt received mail in 3 days! I had contact the post office and advise accordingly. Usually, if post office does not deliver mail , they would have posted a sticky note of some sort in or on top of your mail box that someone or something is blocking access. They have not done this! Im at work during the day an am not aware that my box is being block. I would have not called and complain if the noticed was put on my box. I would had address the issues with my neighbor and wait. Not only that, my mail person, randomly have been putting other people mail in my box On many occasion. I have never address the issues with them till now.I see why ... Now there are less funds for these mail service! I'll continue to pay all of what I can on line so it help them get off their lazy but to not put a notice on the mail box since they dont want to do it in the 1st place! Julie T Ramos

Provided by SuperpagesMailed a couple of packages off, 1 I registered and the other I declined registering. Guess what? The package that wasn't registered never reached it's destination, and amazingly no one seem to know what happened to the box. Everything mailed from the post office from that date has ben registered.

Provided by SuperpagesI mailed 3 pieces of mail to utilities, creditors, etc. on march 3rd. None of them reached destination on time, though I sent them in plenty of time! I ended up paying late fees of $41.69 on them. what's up with that????.

Provided by Superpageswhen they deliver, they do a good job. But several times a month they choose to skip delivery to my street. Today is one of them. It is almost 4:30 pm and I still have a letter in my mailbox waiting to be picked up, and there were no deliveries on my street today. The carrier usually comes before noon every day.

Provided by SuperpagesI mailed two graduation cards with gift cards included to a city in South Texas. Instead of the curb service box I used the mail box inside the Post Office. Neither the cards or the gift cards reached their destination in South Texas. The gift cards were used at a Wal-Mart in GRAND PRAIRIE which tells me the cards were stolen by a Postal Employee and used for their personal benefit. I would call this really BAD Customer servce.
