They were really nice and made me feel very comfortable during my stay. They also have a great team of doctors and nurses that truly cared about me getting better.

The best ER care I have ever had. Dr Kahn was amazing and Nurse Robin was so sweet and caring.

If you need a CT Scan, do not get it here or in their Grapevine office. They performed a CT Scan of my abdomen in January 2015 at the Grapevine office and charged me $30,000. BCBS covered $905. In June of 2014 my Urologist's office operated the Grapevine location and charged $3,000 but this was discounted to $318.

This hospital is a rip off to insurance companies and the patients that use their emergency room. My wife visited the emergency room on May 16th with what they said was an insect bite. They gave her a shot and one pill with a prescription and she was released with no dismissal instructions. She was only there for only 30 minutes. We never got a bill until I received the statement from our insurance company Blue Cross Blue Shield paid $3,336.40. I could not believe the total charges where $9,170.50 for 30 minutes in their emergency room. The average emergency room visit charges are only apprx. $1233. I am definitely contacting the BBB and the Attorney General of Texas. Be aware, A concerned citizen of Grand Prairie

THE WORST HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! Unfortunately, I have a chronic condition and received treatment from countless facilities over my 45 years, so when I say this was the worst, I mean it. Pre-OP nurses were so unprofessional, some inexperienced, treated the nurses station as a "Racetrack" and left me praying I would not contract MRSA prior to my procedure. Post-OP-My assigned room was large and comfortable but again nurse staff was unknowledgeable, cold, unprofessional and frankly I doubt my night nurse was licensed. The night nurse could not answer any of my questions, multiple attempts to draw blood that left me bruised for weeks afterward (and I have bright blue veins that have never been difficult to draw from) injected me with narcotic IV and then asked me to sign legal medical documents!!!! At discharge, the nurse sent me home without a single discharge paper but a list of medicines I received Post-Op!! Folks I am not over exaggerating. If you have a choice....please chose another facility!!!

On August 27 2013 my daughter went to the emergency room for stomach pains. She was admitted around 930pm. To rule out appendicitis the staff did blood work and took exrays. They also did a MRI. Luckily these tests did not show anything wrong so because she was still in pain an ultrasound was performed. No reason for why she was having abdominal pain was found. We were discharged around 6am Wednesday morning with a prescription and instructions to follow up with our primary care physician. The staff were very friendly and I feel the care given to my daughter that night was excellent. The problem? My daughter a few weeks ago received a bill for $56,000. My daughter is 20 years old and a full time student who currently is unemployed. She is not covered under health insurance. Upon receiving the bill she called the hospital and made a $25.00 payment. A few days ago she received another bill this time for $75,000.00. We were at this hospital for approximately 8 and a half hours and received a bill for $75,000.00? I'm not sure how this hospital bills it's patients but we will be contacting the Attorney General of Texas to file a complaint. This is beyond outrageous. Only thing I can even imagine is that this hospital knows my daughter will default on this bill and they may be able to bill the state for their services. This case is exactly what's wrong with the health care system in this country.

Best hospital in the DFW! I walked in to the Emergency Room with an injury, the staff was personable and provided the best possible treatment, felt more comfortable than I ever have in my many experiences with hospitals. My doctor was excellent and knew what he was doing! the facility was the cleanest I've seen, everything seems to be brand new!
