She is an outstanding doctor for a child. I was with her from the beginning when my girls where born and she has grown greatly. It may take a while to see her at an appointment but it is worth the wait. She treats all children as they are her own.

This place is the worst. Every time I go there the office staff is VERY RUDE. On average we spend about 4 hours in the Dr's office, and that is with an appointment. The Dr. prescribed my daughter a high dosage of abuterole. This was brought to my attention when I had to take here to Cooks Children's Hospital. They asked me all of the Dr.'s information to report it to the board.The hospital recommended me to change Dr.'s (that's bad). I thought well I guess it's because they accept government funded insurance, but you know I have been to others where they treat people the way they should be treated rather than looked down on. The Dr., well let's just say I only met her once out of the 2 years my daughter went there. Oh and you can never get through their line to make an appointment. When you do get through the line you will be placed on hold forever...This is just a big disappointment, it has great curb appeal and probably the latest medical technology, put they lack customer service and time management.

Last month was my first time there,I was there for my twin daughters 12 month old shots.The office looks nice from the outside and as well when you walk in and I really like the way the older kids are separate from the little kids.I was impressed untill I signed in,the front girl on the small kids side of the building was so rude,she did not care much to answer any of my questions ,she didnt even bother to look up when I asked her a couple of questions,she looked like she did not want to be there at all! Then you have to fill out all of your information on the electronical board,which I really did not care to much for!Then when I was called to the back it was so crowded but thank god our nurse and doctor were very nice!

the staff was very rude. they hung up on when my 2mthold was sick. they refused to help or call back after numerous pages. i ended up taking her to the er to get treatment. extremly long waits even though there are 3 doctors in the office.

after a 2 hour wait for a check up i wanted my daughter to get a flu shot. they wanted me to make ANOTHER appiontment in two weeks and wait again for anouther 2 hours for a simple shot. no way. after that episode we havent been back.
