GRAND JUNCTION ECONOMIC PARTNERSHIP The Grand Junction Economic Partnership is a private non-profit incorporated organization and the official economic development agency of the Grand Junction area. This partnership represents the cities of Grand Junction and Fruita, the Town of Palisade and Mesa County. With the Xcel project, there were irrigation districts and water districts that had to be contacted. Xcel has been here for years, but approving agencies are constantly evolving and changing. GJEP is like a knowledge reservoir and is aware of all that's changing. It's like a one-stop shop for information to get projects done ; it's a good first stop for sure, and many times it's the only stop.
