Clarance dropped the ball on my move. After talking to him a few times on the phone, giving him my info, setting up a time for him to move a piano I bought from a woman in Grand Junction, agreeing on a rate... to be delivered to Crawford... when the date came, I drove 1hr/15min to Grand Junction to supervise moving the piano down a few steps at her house. I arrived and called Clarance since he wasn't there at the time we agreed on. He told me that he had hurt his back and couldn't do the move but would call a friend of his to see if he could do it. He said he'd call me right back. Well, he didn't call me back... not that day or ever. It would have been nice for him to let me know that he wasn't going to be able to do the move on the agreed upon day beforehand, saving me an long drive. I understand that he couldn't do it because he had hurt his back but, I sure would have appreciated a call. He said that he didn't have my number even though I gave it to him twice and called him on his cell (which keeps a log of phone numbers). Anyway, that's my story.

Clarence has an amazing team! James, Nick, David, Terry, Jabon, and Chris were wonderful! They were quick, polite, and respectful. They didn't stop the whole day, no coffee breaks, smoke breaks lunch breaks etc....They really do provide an amazing service. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone moving.

I needed some heavy furniture pieces unloaded from a Uhaul truck on short notice. The movers were really great--strong, polite and careful. I will use this service again!

Affordable Actions was what I was looking for in terms of pricing of my move and for having a professionally run operation. Nothing was broken or lost which is quite impressive. The owner, Clarance, really is customer service oriented and sets high standards for his moving truck, equipment and supplies. He has a clean operation.

They pack and move your things carefully and efficiently, and are so nice. Truly the owner is one of the most polite and genuine people I have ever met. We have used him twice and wish we could take him with us out of state. He's the absolute best!

Amazing loading and packing job. They have skill for getting things to fit tightly! Everything rode great in the moving truck. We got so much more to fit in our moving truck than usual....and done with great care.



Clarence has a talent for seeing your stuff once and knowing how to fit it all in once he starts. It really made the move so much better!!!

For the unloading of a 26' U-haul into a 10X20 storage unit, this company did an exceptional job on making our property not only fit into the storage unit but keeping the items organized to be accessed easily. They were timely, professional and extremely helpful. They were also the best price we could find. We will be definitely be using them in the future as needed and would recommend them to anyone!
