Le Nails Boutique

I have never made an appointment; always a walk-in. After four or five visits each at different times of day and different days of the week over several months, I notice this salon's activity ebbs and flows. Each time I visit I have spa mani & pedi so I am there for quite a while. I have never seen the owner turn a customer away, but I have seen walk-ins leave when it gets busy. The prices/products/service are comparable to other salons and the location is convenient for me. I once was asked very politely, to wait for my service to be completed in order to accommodate a customer who had made an appointment. One time, I returned after about a week to have a single chipped nail (my fault) repaired and was given the service at no charge.

My first visit was great, my nails looked lovely and I decided this would be my new regular nail place....that is until my second visit. I am wheelchair bound, and use a highly trained service dog to assist me. On our second visit I was refused service, the technician said "...the owner watches through the cameras and said no dog, it smells, I cannot take you." Long story short, after a phone call to both the business owner and the Department of Justice ADA Complaint Div., my dog and I re-entered the business and had my nails done. The technician, obviously not happy about her boss instructing her to serve me with my service dog, made sure I don't come back by doing an awful job.
