XYZ was more than accommodating to my request when it came to helping with my termite inspection for the sell of my house. After a roller coaster of a mess with the banks, buyer, and lenders, XYZ came through! XYZ helped clear up the lack of communication between all parties and helped make the sell of my house successful & final.

Horrible experience. Gave a worthless guarantee he won't honor. Still have the pest issue. Ignores phone calls and texts. Constant excuses of why he hasn't come back on the job. Tells us he is coming back to fix the issue then doesn't show up. Stay away from this scam artist! He is a great salesman but a horrible exterminator. Don't believe that he will help you. He will take your money and ignore you. Took 1700$ and we still have a problem. He lied to us, did not do the job as he said he would. Told us to leave our house for 7 hours while he treated all rooms. We stayed up the street and seen him leave the job after 2! Tried to call him to see why they left and he ignored our calls. The experience has been terrible. Wish we had called a reputable company instead of believing this guy. The minor treatment he did do in our home was done incorrectly..which is obvious since we still have a pest issue.

horrible experience , wish I would have hired a better company , still have the same pests and im out a bunch of money ....
