purchased a diamond ring for my daughter, paid the extra for sizing and stone replacement, and the product came back MISSING a stone. Tried to get someone to help me and they stood around sorting pencils and refilling a stack of bags while looking over at me to say "it'll just be a minute." Stood there for over a half hour and finally had to walk away. Really nice place. Might be cheap but you get what you pay for.
