The technician arrived and suggested steam cleaning, for it was the best way to get rid of stains. I went ahead and wernt by his recommendation and just like he said, steam cleaning was the best solution because the chairs have no stains what so ever, he also recommended getting scotch guard which would help to prevent stains. I am so glad i called you guys and even more glad I went with getting the scotch guard becuase the fabric is now protected and its so easy to wipe off any mess.

They also notified me that they would return them to me within 2-3 business days and they returned them to me the very next day. They did not charge me any extra for the pickup and delivery which was excellent, and they returned the carpets extra clean and in amazing condition.
