Responsive, easy to deal with, explained problem and fixed it, which involved replacing an old ac unit, and left everything clean when they were finished!

Prestige had to clean up a missed diagnoses from another HVAC company. The came all the way from Goose Creek to Johns Island to handle our problem. Also, the other company diagnosed us for a $3,000 problem to try and get us to buy a brand new unit at $8,000. Also, the other company lied to us and told us our parts were not under warranty. Prestige was able to rush order a replacement part. In the end we didn't even need the part and it was simple capacitor fix but they were so flexible and so willing to help when others wouldn't on this hot 4th of July week. We appreciate everything they did and would highly recommend their services.

Overall

I have never had a bad experience with Prestige Heating and Air. They have done ALL the work on my home for many years! My technician is Casey and he always does an excellent job. He works hard every time to get the job done in a timely manner. I receive wonderful, concerned customer service when I call into the office as well. I would highly recommend Prestige Heating and Air.

"DITTO" (To all the bad stuff)

Reading the reviews posted by others was just like reading my own experience with this company. Noticed that the two good reviews were posted by the Manager and I guess a family member since they had the same last name. I have suggested to the warranty company that they scratch their name off of their list when their contract runs out. They have no customer service and are not to be trusted. They will jack up prices and try to "sweat" you into making a decision because they take so long to respond. I'm glad I didn't agree to pay anything before checking back with the warranty company. They had overcharged me by $583 and who's to say that the problem I had truly existed or if they would have even fixed it properly. I don't trust them and you shouldn't either. After pressure from the warranty company they gave in to only charge me the amount that was authorized by the warranty company, but I refuse to pay them anything after the way they treated me, even if it was free. Don't use them, don't let your family or your friends or even your enemies use this company. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!!!!!!!

I will never use or recommend this company to any one. they were scheduled to come and repair my ac system, as the owner of the place it was purchased from, refused to repair it. I was informed of the day they would arrive, two days later than the day they initially came out. Two days of no ac in 90 degree heat but was ok. I knew they would arrive on the day they stated. On the day they were to arrive, by 12 noon, no call from them. so I call them, and they tell me the tech is running late and will get to me when he can. They only have ONE ac guy? so I wait. by three pm no show, and when I call to inquire, they stated they called, but got no immediate answer or return call ( like about 4 minutes went by) so they re-routed their repair guy to another call, and told me since I did not answer when they called, I would have to wait another day. Proper customoer service would have been to have the person who they rescheduled it to, to wait the extra day and get the guy/girl to my home, as was scheduled. They made NO attempt to try and work this situation out or to resolve it by having the repair person come after the new call. They stated it would be too far for him to travel after the new call, and I should have answered my phone when they called the first time. Hello.. people do have to work you know. SOME of us in a more professional environment. So now it is 97 degrees in my home, and I have to endure yet another hot day and night because they dont know the meaning of proper customer service. I am only clicking on ONE star because THIS system wont let me leave it blank!
