I started First Impressions when I moved to Phoenix from St George, UT. While living in St George my wife, Andie and I owned a residential property management company. We owned it for 10 years and were wonderfully successful in that business. When we moved to Phoenix we sold it for a nice profit. The transaction was good for us and the buyer. Win/win. I decided to start First Impressions Janitorial Service because my brother's father-in-law owned a commercial cleaning company in Visalia, CA. I figured I could do just as good and probably a better in the janitorial business. I learned in my last business that customers and clients how important good customer service is. Other ideas that I feel are very important to running business: Excellent communication. It is important to me that my clients can reach me when that wish. No layers of employees to get through and no phone trees. Treat the customers property like it was ours. I want to make sure that my clients are excited about what their properties look like.
