I have no problem with their service. They were always on time and dependable. I tried to cancel my service with them because I found a cheaper provider, and they told me I couldn't because I had to cancel my service a Month prior to my contract expired. I completed my subscription through the internet and they emailed me the paperwork. There was no other papers attached indicating I had to cancel a month prior to my contract expiring. BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU SIGN. MAKE SURE TO READ THE SMALL PRINTS.
Until this year I have had good service, now my garbage does not get picked up when it should and when I call I am informed that the driver is still out and will pick up my garbage which is a lie, I have had to wait 2 to 7 days for it to get picked up. When you call they tell you the person you need to talk to is never available and will have someone call you which they never do, you have to keep calling to get something done. They are very good at billing and cashing payments-wished they were half as good at picking up the garbage you pay in advance for.
For the past three or four months this business has gone to pot. They miss picking up the garbage on a regular basis and they cannot keep drivers. It is my understanding that they have been acquired by another company but I cannot confirm that.
