My Cat was sick they got back to me within hour on what was wrong with him. Only negative thing waited about 45 minutes for pick up Can say they are a busy place so they must be good. People dropping off and pick up Will let you know about grooming at the end of the month on how that goes . Yes I would recommend 👌

I called Berkeley Vet with a q...

I called Berkeley Vet with a question about our new puppy. The staff was so helpful and sweet to address all my concerns...I had spent all day on the phone with the base vet and the peds office only to end up so worried about our puppies case of worms and passing it on to me and my children. I even got to speak with the vet directly. Fantastic caring staff...can't wait to meet them all in person when we follow up care at Berkeley in a few weeks...Me, Sophie(puppy) and the kids can't thank you enough for all your help. See you soon.

Overall
Horrible

I had my very first pet, a 1 pound 8 week old kitten. She was given shots and flea medicine on her first visit and went back two more time in a 3 week period for more shots and flea treatment. Unbeknownst to me, as a first time pet owner, you should not give small kittens shots or flea treatment. My kitten ended up going into shock in the middle of the night and I had to take her to an emergency vet an hour away. While I was there they told me my kitten didn't look healthy at all, and that any reputible vet would have noticed she was underweight and dehydrated. Berkeley Vet Clinic brushed off any inkling of worry I had. It turns out my worries were of concern, and because they didn't feel the need to tell me that my kitten looked unhealthy, I lost Dutch after only a month.

If you live in the Goldsboro, NC I recommend Landmark Animal Clinic.

This kitten had two visits to our clinic. An initial visit occurred when the kitten was 7 weeks old after the owner purchased her from a local pet store. The kitten was covered with many fleas at this visit and a flea control spray was used. This particular flea spray does not enter the bloodstream or cause any other systemic effects. The second visit occurred a week later for initial kitten vaccinations. The kitten appeared healthy at both of these visits. The owner did not indicate any problems at home. The kitten presented to the local emergency clinic a week later for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Hypoglycemia can occur in young puppies and kittens for various reasons at any time. The low blood sugar was apparently the reason why this kitten passed away at the emergency clinic.
