        Jerry and his assistant are very helpful. I thought I had an issue with an extra payment being taken out and so I called Jerry. Only after Jerry spent quite some time trying to figure it out with the insurance company did I realize it was my mistake. I had made a Zelle transfer from one bank account to another and forgot I had done that. Jerry was very understanding and was just glad the issue was resolved.
