        Overall

        Highly recommend this service and will use them again, Ken, the technician, showed up within the appointment window. This was a stove oven I had not used yet in our new home -- and the first batch of cookies for the Thanksgiving holiday (in 2 days) took double the time to cook. Obviously, the oven temperature had to be re-calibrated. Ken fixed our oven and while he was here I mentioned that the doors to the new refrigerator were crooked too (one higher than the other). He actually fixed both issues before leaving.
