I would not rent from Arma Reality EVER> After a year of miseryliving in there apartments in groveland I realized Arma reality Arunus in paticular(the owner along w/his brother) are nothing but SCUM LORDS. They would accuse me and many others of not paying rent yet I did and like many had the canceled check to prove it. They would lock the basement up for weeks where the washer and dryer is as well as the tenents storage. The fire alarms were 4 years out dated. The fuses constantly blew, and as for the type of people they let in they say they do back ground checks, not true more child offenders CONVICTED live there, and the harassment of the low lifes was unbelievable. I moved way west just to get the heck out of that hell whole, they also allow Dogs, which one bit my son, a very big german shepard. The pool which is an accident waiting to happen is dangerous, not to mention protect ur children from all the Chesters, they watch and there is nothing you can do, they have more rights than a upstanding citizen. I am apaulled by the way Arma Reality treats their tenents. Many agree with me thats why it's easy to move in, everyone is out after there 1st year lease is up.
