Very courteous and I love the reminders and personalized email followups!
All I can say is that the service was excellent. I called in the morning when my wife indicated that the dryer was not drying. They said that they would be out the same day between noon and 2p.m. and that they would call. They called right at noon and said the team was on the way. I was impressed with both the equipment and the throroughness of their approach. It took them more than an hour and the cost was extremely reasonable for the work that they did. It was a pleasure dealing with this company after having had so many bad experiences with 'service' companies in the past!
Great Service! everything was done over emails and explained very clearly. No added charges after they come through the door. The Guys were very professonal came on time and worked very quickly a great job. The Dryer is amazing now with all the lint gone it drys in half the time! We would definatly use them again.
