HORRIBLE!!!!!

Do NOT buy anything from this extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL man. My in-laws gave us a door from this store as a Christmas present that never worked properly. They had to come out numerous time to get it installed the right way. Now the window will not stay closed. My husband tried calling three times, leaving messages each time; no return phone call. I just called and am appalled at this man. He tried telling me that he did talk to my husband - I corrected him, and told him he never called my husband back. His response - "Don't call me a liar!!! I really hate that!" He told me he has no record of our sale - HE DOESN"T OWN A COMPUTER. He keeps everything on paper. How convenient - he basically can't find any information, so he isn't responsible. He was so nasty with me on the phone I hung up on him. I have never been treated like that by a business owner. Buyer beware!

Almost a year ago in May 2007, I decided to replace my patio door. The “Door Store” is just half a mile down the road from my house and their price was reasonable. So I decided to go with them. The patio door was installed in June and after the first heavy rain I got huge puddle in my leaving room. The installer from the Door store came next day, did something and claimed that he fixed it. However, after next heavy rain I still got water. This time the guy came week later. Finally, after 3 tries he fixed it. When winter came, the cold air came through the door and this time, owner Chris, claimed that they are busy and I have to wait. After I called him several times, came to his office, his installer came to my house a month later and could not fix it.

Finally the manufacturer rep came to my house and told me that the section of the door needs to be replaced and according to their policy, The Door Store will replace it. When I called to the Door Store owner, Chris, he was very rude to me. He said that I am not happy with their work and he will never come to my house again.



The Door Store owner, Chris, is very arrogant and does not stand behind his work.
