Don't expect a friendly back office staff UNLESS you are fortunate enough to be helped by Vincent. I take my senior citizen mother to her dr's appointments for many reasons, most importantly that she is treated with respect. The two visits she dealt with 3 back office staff members including Vincent. He was the only staff who greeted us and introduced himself with a smile. It just seemed like the other 2 male workers hated their job or didn't like dealing with people, maybe both. Overall I would take her back because Dr Takeda is wonderful and maybe vincent will be the one to help us.
