DMV Driving Instructor

Mr Luna is easily the kindest, most encouraging person I have ever met. Such an amazing driving instructor, he taught me so much and yet the lessons were so relaxed. I just passed my test an hour ago, he came with me and completely calmed all of my nerves. Such an amazing teacher, person, and friend. Thank you, Mr Luna!

He is an absolutely amazing driving instructor. I've recommended him to numerous people and he never disappoints. I was amazed at how easily I caught onto driving. He is also just the nicest man you could meet. Take lessons from him, you will not regret it.

He is the best person I have seen in here CA. I am a foreigner and could not pass driving test for 2 times until I started to get lessons from him! Before my third test we did 2 lessons with him and I got the license!! He is not just an instructor, he is also good at giving the feeling of confidence and relaxation to people that we need. I hope you can meet with him . Not just an instructor, he is a friend, talent and psychology supporter at the same time!! I am so lucky that I could find him before my last chance of behind the wheel test!!

He actually teaches u how to drive, not hoe to pass the test. If you want to learn to drive safely, get him. Also he's an easy person to talk to :)

Mr. Luna helped me overcome my anxiety and fears about driving and passing the DMV test. He was not only concerned with my passing the test (like a driving school I had previously used) but he was more concerned with improving my skills and awareness as a driver. He's also a very friendly guy.

Mr. Luna is a great driving instructor, he is patient and really cares about his students. Scheduling a lesson is pretty easy and he is usually able to work around your schedule. His directions are clear and concise; he really knows what he is doing. Be ready and open to learn a lot, follow his instructions and you should do fine.

Mr. Luna is an amazing teacher/instructor. Our son had never been behind the wheel of a car, and in 6 days he was driving the freeways of Los Angeles. I would highly recommend Mr. Luna and i would highly recommend people to get 3-4 lessons with him in the beggining of learning to drive- he provides the kids with so much instruction on driving, it made the transition from instructor to parent seemless-- there was not hte stress a parent has with their kids while learning to drive. Our son was more comfortable learning from somebody other than mom and dad and then when we got in the car with him, it was more relaxing for all of us. This in turn made it easier for our son to drive-- relaxed drivers are better drivers than stressed drivers. We highly recommend mr luna and he was always available.

Ed Luna is a wonderfully talented, patient, committed and gifted driving instructor -- probably one of the best in the U.S. I worked with him for an extended period of time in order to get acclimated to driving in LA after moving here from New York to practice law (I'm a stubborn, demanding Ivy League educated entertainment attorney in my 30's with multiple degrees -- Ed works well with everyone:). Through some challenges and setbacks, Ed never gave up on me and was always encouraging and ridiculously helpful -- after being fearful about driving for years, I'm now comfortable driving in most contexts and feel that I'm a better driver than 95% of the people on the road thanks to Ed's teaching/persistence and mastery of his craft/rules of the road. Frankly, I think Ed would be in the top 5% of anything he does -- his level of dedication and commitment to excellence are that high. His students are fortunate that he has chosen driving instruction as one his vocations. What makes Ed even more special is that he is also a wonderful human being -- caring, decent, with a quick wit and sense of humor. Working with him was not only a pleasure, but one of the best decisions I've ever made. Today, I'm proud to call him my teacher and my friend. It takes a special kind of person who can be a mentor, friend, and counselor all together through one profession, particularly the profession of teaching others how to drive. Mr. Luna is unquestionably that kind of person and much, much more. Right from the start he will be committed to making sure you succeed and more importantly he will want you to succeed. He has a remarkable sense of self confidence that he will gladly share with his pupils and no matter what fears or worries you may initially have about driving, he will soon help you overcome them. In addition, he is very patient and will be there to console when you feel overwhelmed and to give you the right encouragement if you're ready, but unsure about moving up to the next lesson stage. Not only are his teaching techniques effective, but his fantastic personality and marvelous sense of humor make his lessons both educational and entertaining! He has helped many people I know, including my sister, get their driving licenses, and I have heard no negative feedback whatsoever from any of them. For me personally, he is a good friend, a pleasure to talk to about virtually anything, and a phenomenal teacher. If you are looking for a driving instructor, look no further!

Ed Luna is a miracle worker. I came to him after failing my drive test twice and he not only made me a better driver, but he also greatly increased my confidence. Thanks to him, I passed the third time at the Pasadena DMV. He saw me through the entire process and is now teaching me how to drive freeway as well. Truly a life saver. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of driving instruction. I wish I had gone to him before my two failed tests.

Mr.Luna is such an amazing person/teacher. He is very nice and is very very patient with all of his clients. For me driving for the first time on the street was really scary, but mr.luna helped me get over it quick and also helped me gain a lot of confidence. It wasnt akward at all with him, hes such a funny person to be with. Best driving instructor ever ! I recommend him to everyone who are beginers, or need help in driving. Ed Luna is a wonderful driving instructor. He's very knowledgeable and patient with his clients and my son enjoyed learning to drive with him. We recommended Ed to some of my son's friends and they also used him and were very satisfied.
