        Overall

        Lame experience. Waited one hour for a super simple blood draw. The lab tech couldn't find a vein and poked the bejeezus outta my arm. I've never had trouble being poked for blood before so i can only attribute this experience to the tech. Additionally, they would take 4-6 weeks (!) before making the results available to me - the patient. WTF.



        So, they took over an hour to call me in. Once in, they weren't good at drawing blood. Plus they're stuck in the 80's as it relates to tech and timeliness.



        Seriously, go somewhere else.
