        Overall

        Absolutely Horrible. Liars and con men. Lied about quote over phone. Just to get job. New quote 5 times higher. Don't trust this company.

        Absolutely horrible experience. They operate as camcorder repair center also without certification for a separate business. Extremely misleading. I didn't see the terrible reviews before doing business with them. The experience for us was complicated and extremely distressing. They use BBB signs but are not authorized. and are very difficult to negotiate with. I do not trust them anymore at all. Avoid this business and go elsewhere. We are still waiting for a resolution and and to get our cameral returned. Our case is with the Attorney General of Ca. Fingers crossed.
