It's been a few weeks but I have to write this review. I am so impressed with this place. I pulled in to the nearest tire store I saw because I realized I had a screw in my back tire. I've never gone to change my tire before. Usually my husband takes care of it so I was really out of my comfort zone. Arsen put me at ease and told me not to worry and that he would take care of it. He guided me to the waiting area and I waited. While I waited I heard Arsen deal with all of his customers in person and on the phone professionally and positively. This guy is a gem to this business. Then in like 20 min or so (even though they were super busy) my tire was all repaired and ready to go. I can not thank Arsen and American Tire Depot for putting me at ease and handling things.

One of my rear tire was punctured by a nail on the way to work. American Tire Depot took care of patching my tire and even did it for free. Talk about service.

My tire pressure sensor went on today. I got my tires from American Depot, they cover fixing nails on tires and adding air for the life of the tires. The waiting room was nicely air conditioned. Arsen and Robert did a great job! I was in and out about 30 min. I am saved and eill come here if I ever get another nail on my tires near Glendale!
