Sands Motor Company

I was told an alignment was originally $109 but they would give it to me at $85. When i got home i had a flyer from Sands that had a coupons for a front end alignment is $49. I tried to call about it and was transferred to supposedly the service writer i saw on Saturday, but was hung up on. Called back and left a message for the service manager on Tuesday and have not heard back from anyone.

There is a lot to tell. Every quote for the supposed necessary repairs always turns out to be $800. Which then turns into $895 when it's to be picked up. Also the service technician claimed I needed repairs that weren't needed. He also claimed there was a code that wasn't on prior to them repairing my car but now is & to clear the code would cost, you guessed it.... $800! However, this new code has absolutely nothing to do with anything they should have worked on so it doesn't make any sense. Also, I've since spoken to several mechanics from different shops about it & NONE of them have even heard of this supposed code regarding an intake gasket as your guys claim that needs repaired to be cleared. I can't help but feel as if your guys weren't trying to help me but instead trying to cheat me. I'm VERY unhappy with the service I've received from Sands Chevrolet & will NOT be bringing my car back ever again nor will I recommend anyone else to either.

Scheduled an early Saturday morning appointment for regular service on my truck and was in and out in less that 45 minutes
