Pro Transmission

I was having some slight issues with my transmission in my Honda Accord slipping. I had planned on taking it in to be checked out in a few days. I was on my way to the gym on Thursday 8/27 when stopped at a light on 67th Ave. When I started to take off my Honda started almost jumping and making all sorts of noise. I look up to my right and it must have been "divine intervention" there was Pro Transmission. I had passed it and quickly made a U-turn and hobbled into the Pro Transmission parking lot. I have to say that the entire experience with Al, Marlene and the staff was nothing but positive. I called around to make sure that the price was not unreasonable, and found that it was the best price after all. I would highly recommend Pro Transmission for any and all transmission work. Small shop BIG service! Not only do they fix the transmission issues, they also offer great advise and education on preventive maintenance. Get your transmission serviced on a regular basis and save money and down time.

Found this place online a few days ago, waited the weekend since they were closed. Called them this morning because I need a transmission flush, and was told that they could do it (as I saw on their list of services online) and that it would take 30 minutes. Made an appointment for 10:30AM and show up only to be told on site that they do NOT do transmission flushes... : / Seemed friendly enough, but will not be going here in the future.

It appears the reviews submitted by "cool girl" and "William Bilows", may have been written by their promotional staff to bring in clients. The owner is disrespectful lacking good business relations and appears to only seek a huge profit margin even if it means recommending repairs when they are not needed - they were just supposed to replace a solenoid and then suddenly my vehicle's transmission needed an overhaul. I will not be taking my vehicle there again and do not recommend the service to anyone. I do recommend that you research and compare several shops before deciding one - something I should have done.

I was recomended by another company to go to Pro transmissions. On my way to the appointment my transmission gave out and i had to be towed in. when i arrived it was close to 5pm, closing time. He took my information and scooted me out the door because he had to pick up his grandkids on the other side of town, leaving me outside of a locked, desserted shop on a hot day waiting for my family member to pick me up. Im not rude person, but to leave a customer at your door, lock up, and leave is just plain inconsiderate. I came back the following day (Friday) to pay and hopefully pick the truck up. It did not pass the road test so they would need to keep it and run some more tests. Monday came and i get a phone call letting me know that my truck will not be ready due to the completely rebuilt transmission not running correctly and they are going to need to take the transmission out agin to open it up to repair it. I got my supposely transmission fixed with brand new parts that needed to be replaced by this company. It's been a year ago, and now my transmission goes out. The warranty is good for six months. I am taking my vehicle else where to see if they replaced everthing they said the have replaced. If not, I am taking the parts back to this place.....and see what they have to say.

My check engine light came on one day and I took my car to Pro Transmissions to have it checked out. While waiting I noticed how organized and clean the shop was and I was very impressed. After checking the car they said it was not a transmission problem and that there was no charge!! They also recommended a repaire shop to have the engine problem repaired. They were so nice to me I would recommend anyone with a transmission problem to take it to Pro Transmission.

I received EXCEPTIONAL service and attention at Pro Transmission! I was traveling on vacation with my family when a warning light came on in my vehicle. I pulled into the closest gas station and they recommended Pro Transmission. I called and told them I was traveling on vacation, and they were able to get me in right away. The first thing I noticed was the extremely clean work area, and the professional attitude of the person, Al, who helped us. The technicians inspected the car, and Al told us that the problem was a solenoid that needed to be replaced, instead of something more serious. They had our vehicle fixed and we were on the road again in no time. Thanks again to Al and the rest of the team at Pro Transmission. I would highly recommend Pro Transmission to anyone that had a problem with their vehicle; their professionalism is second to none.
