Absolute Comfort Cooling and Heating

Called them a few years ago and it took 2 trips to fix all that was asked. Paid for one year of coil cleaning. Called for 2 years and never got a response. Finally found a business card and was able to reach them. Came out and cleaned coils and filters, When I asked about honoring at least part of the fee I paid for the service they said no. I asked why they never called to set up an appointment to clean the coils and no seemed to have an answer.
