Tony and Tyler arrived to inspect my hot water heater, which had failed the evening prior. They were both incredibly helpful, resourceful, polite and professional. Rather than returning at a later time, which would have been an inconvenience for me, they stayed and replaced the water heater! I was so pleasantly surprised, I thought I would lose another day of work, but no. Awesome guys!

Had Romeo from All Star Plumbing LLC come out&install a new toilet.Despite all the negative reviews,I must say I've never been more pleased with a service.He wore the little booties in my house so he doesn't track dirt through my house!I'm blind of what a 'good' toilet is,but Romeo helped me pick out a great quality toilet.I knew I wanted something that flushes quicker&with more power than my previous toilet,so he showed me some toilets he thought I may like.He did inform me I may be paying a little more than their typical fee for toilet installs bc what I wanted wasn't a standard toilet which I was ok with as long as I got something I liked.I did end up paying a little more for the toilet,but the pricing was still reasonable.Romeo was extremely polite&worked efficiently+prior to leaving he made sure I was satisfied with everything.Will definitely be giving All Star a call for my future plumbing needs.Highly Recommend if you need a respectful&reasonably priced company to come out!!

I almost did not use this company because of the two bad reviews, but decided to give them a try since they were also sent to me through my home warranty plan. They were courteous, professional and timely (as stated in another review). And based on my experience with them, I am pleased with the service and would recommend the company.

home warranty people sent this company to my house we lived in for 1-1/2 weeks. first day cost $100.00 for deductable + $150.00 to pull my toilet and snake the line they were there 15 minutes said the pipe was broke camera is needed and left my toilet apart just sitting. there . this was a friday. Camera couldn't come until Monday - they called saturday - camera cant come until the following monday befroe thanksgiving - they called us after us calling them over and over again on sat after thanks giving and said anothere week 1/2. warranty company was no help - 3 1/2 weeks later we called Len the Plumber came saturday, cleaned up everything, came back monday to camera, came back wed to repair - all out of pocket and we are calling a lawyer to get our deductable back and the 150 for the mess they left full reimbursment is a coming or off to court we go. THANK YOU LEN THE PLUMBER FOR FIXING WHAT THESE SCHMUCK SUCK AT. LOSE YOUR LICENSE PLEASE YOU DO NOT HELP ANYONE - THEY WERE NOT PROFESSIONAL 3 GUYS 2 STANDING AROUND WHAT SCHMUCKS!!!! I've hired All Star plumbing through an home insurance to fix a common valve leakeage problem that was found during an home inspection. A week before the settlement, the plumber came and claimed that a rubber packing was replaced and the problem seemed addressed at the time. On the day of the settlement, the buyer called and complaint that the leak still occurs and flooded half of my basement. Upset and aggrvated I've called the All Star requesting to send someone quickly, but they said I had to wait 3 days. Luckly I got hold of other plumber and he came and fixed the problem right next day. He speculated that there was no evidence of rubber repacking job performed on the valve. Basically All Star charged me and insurance company for doing nothing. I would like to let all of consumers out there to know that All Star is not dependable nor reliable. Don't give them an opportunity work for you, you will regret for sure.

All Star plumbing recently serviced my hot water heater and I must say they were professional, courteous, timely and fair! They place covers on theirs shoes before they enter your home and explain what is required in terms that you can understand; Ladies, if you are single and not looking to get swindled, give them a try!!!!
