Unreliable and not dependable. We had problems with a BRAND NEW AC unit but the unit wouldn't cool properly. This company wouldn't respond to our emails and the senior tech didn't show to an appointment as promised.

Absolutely amazing experience with this company! The owner, Jason, came out to my house on a Thursday morning. First thing he did was put on booties before entering my house. He spent 20 minutes checking my current equipment and answering my questions. He gave me a packet with a copy of his contractors license and current certificate of liability insurance. The next day he quoted me 3 different AC units. The price he gave me for the Bryant was $1,000 less then Bremac's price. It was an easy choice! They came a week later after I signed the contract. They installers were here right at 8AM. I left for work and came home to a house as clean as I left it and a brand new Trane AC unit!!

Capable, professional, courteous and great at explaining what needed to be done. I had a HVAC visiting family member diagnose my problem but did not have time to fix it. West End came out, gave the same diagnosis and fixed it that day. A great local company I will use again.

Wonderful company! They came out, diagnosed the problem and had everything up and running so efficiently. I thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg but they were very reasonable, especially compared to other companies I've worked with before.
