Lakshmi Challa has been a fantastic resource for my immigration needs. She helped me with my very first F1-H1B conversion back in 1998 (a conversion that was not easy since the company I was joining was a small one, with very few H1-B employees) and subsequently helped me on 2 occasions when I was laid-off from 2 companies while still on my H1-B. She was extremely professional and meticulous in her filings, and responding to queries from the INS and successfully kept me in status without any problem. I've since got both my green card and citizenship, and I believe none of that would've been possible without Lakshmi's professional help in the beginning.

They filed the PERM for me this year. they dont pay attention to the case at all. they dont consult the beneficiary while making decisions.

They stated my PERM application in june 2011 and they did a mistake in applying wages and that delayed the application to file until Jan 2012.They didn't even take the responsibility for the mistake.I got an audit in April 2012. they replied the audit without even consulting me. Finally the bad news is that today i got the denial letter. It is denied because the advertisment is not consistent wiht the ETA 9089. It is the lawyers minimum responsibility to make sure 9089 and the ad posted is in sync. I lost 15 months of my time.

Dont fall into the trap of these crazy guys, they will ask you to pay $155 when you like to consultant them

they say its an hour consultation and hardly give you more than 10 mins to discuss our things,

he told me he needs some time to study my case but never came back,

i kept bugging them, finally after 15 days they replied saying that my visa is rejected becoz of so and so

reason what crap does he has to take 15 days to say that on the first day when i am on the call i explained him all the

reasons why my visa got rejected, what new in here, its waste spending a single penny on them.
