        Overall

        Bad experience with the owner who came to my house to convince me that the laminate flooring his team installed didn't last for 4 month because of humidity in my basement. He would not listen or answer to the clear point about the previous laminate floor which lasted in the same basement for 8 years.

        He would not admit that his team did not leave the laminate boxes for at least 24hours before starting installing it. He would not admit that there was not enough space left for expansion as it was installed in winter.

        Don't hesitate, if you're looking for great service and the latest styles, this is the place! I had my living room and hall carpeted and the new luxury vinyl for my kitchen and utility room installed. The installers were wonderful, very professional and helped move my furniture and appliances, then put eveything back where it belonged. I ordered a little extra carpeting and they applied binding at no extra cost, now I have an oval rug for under my kitchen table. Other then their limited hours, from the start to finish, you can't ask for more!
