Black Bear Diner

I don't know what happened to Black Bear Diners....my family and I used to go all the time but someone at their corporate offices have made really really stupid mistakes....they changed the menu and literally took many good dishes off the menu....it's funny because they have their hot sauces on every table and basically took all the means off the menu that you use hot sauce on....Never going back...they screwed their menu up

Why does BBD not offer a senior discount?

As good a diner as ANY diner on the east coast and that is a lot of competition! I AM really DISAPPOINTED the smaller version of the HUGE Shasta burger was discontinued. I am not a large eater and the smaller version was PERFECT(!) AND THE BEST BURGER EVER!!!!! I tried the huge burger and saved 1/2 to take home but reheating it left a lot to be desired. Do you think it possible to get the smaller burger back on the menu? Mmmm, my mouth waters just thinking about it.

My wife & I had dinner at the Black Bear diner in Vallejo. The staff was pleasant but the food portion that we have come to expect ( & look forward to) was sorely lacking. I ordered the Mikey's chicken pot pie and, although it was tasty, was a joke. The part under the crust ( which was really good ) was not even half way full. The skimpy little pieces of chicken just added insult to the dish. My wife even commented that KFC made a better pie than this ( at about 1/2 the price ). If you are going to attach BBD name make sure the franchisees live up to the name.

Every B B D we've ever eaten at have had awesome food. Our only complaint is that they don't have REAL butter for those of us who want it.

this is not a review even tho I believe your restaurants t be great for families. Please someone read this and put a franchise in Forest Grov Oregon. There is nocompetition for a greaat family restaurant with good open hours. Desperately needed!!!
