Great Dr. but HORRIBLE customer service! They NEVER answer their phone! I have spent hours calling over and over with no response at all! I went to get lab work done on my lunch break to find out that they never submitted the order - AGAIN. The lady at LabCorp called them to fax the order as I waited. They never sent It! Come to find out they went to lunch! That was the second time I took at least 2 hours out of my day for nothing. This Dr. needs a new staff! He doesn't deserve to get a bad review because of them.

BTW - this is the first time I have ever written a bad review...so, not something I do often.
